NEW CLIENTS: If you are booking as a brand new client with our clinic, please select the "First Visit" option in our treatment selection. Also, please schedule your visit with Destini MacDonald or Shaina Hayes as Janice is not able to accept new clients at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: WE OFFER DIRECT BILLING TO MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS ONLY. For other insurance providers, we will provide a receipt with all pertinent information required for you to submit. For some companies, we may be able to submit your claim on your behalf, and have the reimbursement sent directly to you.

One last thing: 

Due to the frequency of no shows and late cancellations, we ask that you consider carefully when reserving your spot whether that time will indeed work for you. Last minute changes impact our therapists’ livelihoods and the availability of openings for clients who may be waiting to get in. We appreciate your consideration.
